We are a retailer located in St. Louis, Missouri and have been in business for 20 years. What makes us different from other retailers? It is our ability to taste various wines before the other reviewers and make independent recommendations. At Starr's we also roasts all our own coffees using the finest green beans purchased on the West coast. We offer a full line of other fine foods such as imported cheeses and fresh fish flown in weekly. We also cold smoke our own salmon (Maine salmon smoked in an English smoker).
In 1991 we added a beautifully decorated private dinning room. We have on staff our very own chef who has worked at some of the very best restaurants in St Louis . We can host events ranging from a special multi-course dinner to a casual hor' dourves party. Our room seats up to 60 but larger casual tastings can accommodate 150. One of our strong points is matching food and wine.
